Creating a Will – allocating to other than children, spouse, parents

Upto and no more than 1/3rd of one’s wealth can be allocated in the will to others (other than children, spouse, parents).

Whilst alive – all the wealth can be given away as a gift to anyone one likes.

If someone allocates >1/3rd in the will and then dies before actually handing over the wealth then only 1/3rd should give given to others. The 2/3rd should be distributed between children, spouse and parents as per shariyat
